Our story
Built to make offshore hiring feel simple.
Growing product teams in the US often face the same challenge: they need more QA and frontend capacity, but traditional hiring is slow, expensive and hard to scale up or down.
Solutions Era was created to close that gap. We give startups, SaaS companies, agencies and growing businesses access to capable QA Engineers and Frontend Developers from Pakistan and EU countries — with the contracts, communication and accountability of a US-based company.
Today our QA team includes 8+ QA Engineers, each with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, and we are growing our frontend development practice alongside it.
